Our history

We have been investing in UK mid-market businesses since 1984. During that time we have backed management teams in over 70 companies.

Our ambition is to remain dedicated to investing in this market.

In 2008 we became independent of our former parent, Close Brothers Group, and re-branded as CBPE Capital LLP. The business is now owned by its management team, which has worked together for over 10 years.
