CBPE led the MBO of Yorkshire-based AGC from Associated British Foods in January 2002. AGC is the UK's leading manufacturer of glass containers of premium consumer products such as spirits and fine foods. It specialises in making containers which have complex shapes, such as flasks, flagons and proprietary bottles for specific brands. AGC employs 580 people across its two manufacturing sites in Leeds and Knottingley.
