Ingemino has been established as an acquisition vehicle by Keith Tozzi and Fiona Begley, who have an exceptional track record in the laboratory testing sector. 

In August 2011, CBPE supported Ingemino in its acquisition of YorkTest, the UK's leading food intolerance testing business.

Ingemino has subsequently made two further acquisitions, of AB Biomonitoring, a business which tests for Benzene exposure, and of Trimega, a supplier of Drug and Alcohol testing services, predominantly to the Medico-Legal market.

These acquisitions represent the first steps in a buy and build strategy which aims to develop a multi-disciplinary, biological testing business.
