Network Disaster Recovery (NDR) is an independent provider of IT disaster recovery and business continuity services. Its particular focus is the SME sector, where it is one of the leading providers.

CBPE financed the secondary MBO of NDR in December 2002. The business grew strongly under our ownership and was sold to Phoenix IT Group plc, a UK-listed IT support services provider, for £42 million in April 2005.
