Tractiv, which trades under the names Bepco and Tracpieces, distributes spare parts and accessories for agricultural equipment on a global scale.

It focuses on vehicles that are out of warranty, sourcing non-OEM equipment and supplying local distributors and agricultural workshops. Manufacturers covered include: Massey Ferguson, Case, John Deere, Volvo and Renault. The business has particular strength in NW Europe, but its customer base spans the globe.

CBPE backed the MBO of Tractiv in October 2002. Following the initial investment, the business upgraded its facilities, opening new distribution warehouses in the UK and Belgium, and significantly expanded its product offering. CBPE sold its investment to GB Group in February 2007.
