John joined CBPE in 1996 from Close Brothers Corporate Finance, where he was a director for five years. Prior to this he was a director of Brown Shipley, the London-based merchant bank, for ten years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1967. He has a degree in Law from Queens University, Belfast.
