Hillarys, based in Nottingham, is the UK’s largest supplier of domestic made-to-measure window blinds. The business was sold to Change Capital Partners, the investment vehicle headed by Luc Vandevelde, for £115m. CBPE achieved a return of 3.6 times original capital invested.
